CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

If you would like to make a change to the delivery address, please contact us at support@mcwatchesco.com and we will do our best to help you.

In case we can not make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay the delivery time.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

 

In the case of a defective product, you must contact support@mcwatchesco.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image where the damage is clearly shown, and we will try to verify that the product is really defective.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, MCWATCHESCO. will take care of the shipping costs. At the same moment that it is verified that said product is defective, the refund or change will be made to the affected user.

 

WRONG ORDER

 

If you receive an order that does not correspond to what you bought, you must contact support@mcwatchesco.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you have received with their respective references in the box and proof of payment and shipping. We will give you a solution once the content is verified.

In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, MCWATCHESCO. will take care of the shipping costs. At the same moment in which it is verified that said order was erroneous, the refund or change will be made to the affected user.

CHANGES OR RETURNS OF THE ORDER

 

To make changes or returns, you must send the product back to the offices of MCWATCHESCO. The term for any change or return is 14 days from the receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with the cover and any label that will accompany it. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

DEADLINE FOR REIMBURSEMENT RECEIPT

 

Once the package has been returned to our offices, it is processed before proceeding to the approval of said return. The product must be sent to our offices within 14 days of receiving the order, must not have been used and must be in its original box with the cover and any label that will accompany it.

If your return is approved, a full refund of the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 business days and you will be notified by mail of the transaction. Once the refund is issued, you can wait for it to be effective in a period of 5-10 business days.
