Miami Luxury Design and Sustainability House Over Water
As we know, climate change is beginning to penetrate our consciences. However, the reaction may come a little late, since the planet is giving us indications that some things are already irremediable. The rise in sea level is one of them and its consequences can lead to the disappearance of idyllic islands and affect coastal areas in a not too distant time. A sustainable house that also gives off glamor on all four sides.
This house has 400 square meters, distributed over two floors, with a luxury interior design decorated by the Brazilian studio, responsible for the interior design of many of Miami's luxury homes. His idea is to join the interior with the exterior with large windows from the ceiling to the floor, a palette of soft colors and modular and elegant furniture that give a touch of holiday stay to this house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On a technological level, the houseboat is backed by four hydraulic piles with a stabilization system, imported from the oil platforms, that rise and fall to the level when the tides and storms demand it, avoiding balance and possible dizziness. The windows are resistant to hurricane winds of up to 250 kilometers per hour and are capable of sailing at a speed of seven knots, with a range of 20 nautical miles.
The houseboat is totally sustainable. It has solar panels, located on the roof, that produce enough energy for self-supply. It is equipped with a rainwater collection system that, once purified, is completely potable. And also, it has a waste collection system that makes it 100% ecological.
In short, there is only one copy of this magnificent houseboat located in South Florida. A house that can be rented so that potential buyers can sleep one night and verify their comfort before obtaining one.
